The specific purpose of this non-profit organization is to provide financial and/or other forms of support to and for any and all YOUTH programs implemented, supported, sponsored, coordinated and/or recommended by the Topanga Area Police Station of the Los Angeles Police Department for the purpose of combating juvenile delinquency.
